Awesome well paved and separate from car traffic trail crossing the Arkansas River. Connects east and west trails to form the loop. Western terminus is on top of the hill, and makes for a challenging climb but a great downhill ride on the other side!
The West Bank Trail helps to form a loop along the Arkansas River in Tulsa. The west side is a mix of urban in the north, industrial in middle, and forest in the south. The southern terminus has a challenging gradient, so be prepared. Also, the southern area has off road gravel trails, but I don’t do gravel, so can make no further comment about them.
Well maintained asphalt trail with small section on quiet residential street. Park is welcome green space in central Tulsa. Connects River Parks Trail and Katy Trail for a convenient riding experience.
Pleasant paved asphalt trail with easy railroad grade. A few homeless folks near downtown Tulsa as noted by other reviewers. Some distractions from the parallel highway, but this an urban to suburban commuter trail. Well tree lined and shaded, a welcome addition for summer rides in summer. S
I rode the Centennial Trail in mid April in a weekday morning. The trail is in good shape and very few people. I was able to hammer most of the way. I recommend checking this trail out. I give it five stars though it could use some cleaning up. Traveling cyclist Facebook
Nice shaded areas with picnic tables and views of the river.
Great trail on Saturday afternoon. You do have to cross a few roads, thankfully we never had to stop for traffic. Ended in Gathering Place Park.
I rode the Cherry Creek trail the end of October 2024. It was a nice asphalt trail that I explored while riding the Riverparks West Trail. I rate it 5 stars. Traveling cyclist Facebook
I rode this trail in October 2024. It’s a nice little connector trail in good condition. I rate it 5 stars. Traveling cyclist Facebook
I rode the West Bank trail in October 2024 and the trail is open end to end. I started at the pedestrian bridge then rode south to Turkey Mountain. There is a pretty good hill that is in two sections right at the south end. I then rode north to Rt. 66 — Southwest Blvd and rode back on the East Bank. Great trail with a lot of solitude. I rate it 5 stars! Traveling cyclist Facebook
I rode the Riverparks East Bank in mid October 2024. The trail was open from end to end. It’s like a bicycle super highway with lane markings and no passing zones completely separated from the adjacent pedestrian path with very few death machine crossings. Overall a level, very safe, and enjoyable trail. I rate this 5 stars for sure! Traveling cyclist Facebook
